These terms govern the purchase of game coins on mabronro.net. By buying coins you agree to them.
1. Operator
Tomáš Huml, Company ID 23925230, e-mail [email protected] (the “operator”). The operator is not a VAT payer unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
2. What you are buying
The subject of purchase is digital content – game coins (“coins”) credited to the game account you select on the mabronro.net server. Coins are not a currency, have no value outside the game, cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged back for money. Coins are used to obtain cosmetic and convenience items in game; the offer may change over time.
3. Order and price
Pack prices are shown in CZK including all fees. An order is placed by submitting it at checkout; the contract is concluded by the order confirmation e-mail. Payment is possible by bank transfer or via a payment gateway when active. Bank transfer orders are processed after the amount arrives, usually within one business day.
4. Delivery
After payment confirmation, coins are queued and the player receives them on the next login or at the Reward Guru NPC. Delivery is thereby complete. If coins do not arrive within 24 hours of payment confirmation, e-mail the operator with the order number.
5. Right of withdrawal
This is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By placing the order you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to withdraw within 14 days (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Credited coins cannot be returned.
6. Complaints
Report missing or incorrectly credited coins by e-mail with the order number and game login. Complaints are resolved within 30 days, usually by crediting the missing coins. An account ban for violating the server rules is not grounds for a refund.
7. Chargebacks and abuse
A chargeback after coins have been credited is treated as attempted abuse. Coins will be deducted and the account may be locked until the outstanding amount is settled.
8. Termination of service
The server is a fan project and the operator may terminate it at any time. In that case there is no entitlement to compensation for unused coins. The operator undertakes to announce termination at least 30 days in advance where circumstances allow.
9. Disputes
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
