A new tradeable currency has arrived, along with a solid batch of updates. Here’s the rundown.
Midgard Coins, a new currency
Alongside coins (account-bound), you now have Midgard Coins, a physical currency you carry in your inventory and can trade between players. Get them two ways: a daily hunt, or by exchanging coins (100 coins = 1 Midgard Coin).
Coin Trader in Prontera
By the fountain you’ll find a new NPC, the Coin Trader. Every day it assigns you a task to bring 50 of a randomly picked material (changes daily, drawn from a pool of 20 common drops), and rewards you with 10 coins on turn-in. The same NPC lets you exchange coins for Midgard Coins, or open a shop selling costumes and MVP cards for Midgard Coins.
Two new items
Signet of Midgard (All Stats +5, no slot, infinite stock for 35 Midgard Coins) and Sage’s Circlet (STR/INT/DEX/MDEF +20, tradeable, 50 Midgard Coins). Both available from the Coin Trader.
Safe card removal
The Wise Old Woman now guarantees a 100% success rate, no risk of destroying the item or the cards. Price: 20,000,000 Zeny, or 5 Midgard Coins.
Character rename
The Stylist can now also rename your character, alongside its usual looks, for 10 Midgard Coins.
